2. The Competition
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at https://www.magmacomps.co.uk/ (or other derivatives that are directed to this site) (the “Website”) and through the Promoter’s corresponding app (“App”).
2.2. An entry fee is payable each time you enter via our online entry method (“Online Entry Route”), or you may enter for free via the postal entry method outlined in paragraph 3.9 below (“Postal Entry Route”). Each person who enters either via the Online Entry Route or the Postal Entry Route is an “Entrant” for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions.
3. How to Enter
3.1. The competition will run from the Published Date to the Closing Date specified on the Website or App. All times and dates are in London, England.
3.2. If necessary due to circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, the Closing Date may be changed. Updated details will be displayed on the Website/App, and Entrants will be notified by email.
3.3. All entries must be received between the Published Date and Closing Date. Entries received outside these times may be disqualified without refund. Postal entries received within 72 hours after the Closing Date will receive a site credit equal to the Online Entry Route cost.
3.4. Online Entry Route:
Draw-Based Competitions
- Go to the Website/App
- Select desired number of entries
- Complete checkout and submit the entry form
- Complete payment to receive confirmation
Instant Win Competitions
- Go to the Website/App and view the instant win competition
- Select desired number of entries
- Complete checkout and submit the entry form
- Complete payment to receive your ticket
- Check your ticket to see if you have won
3.5. All entries must be in English.
3.6. The Promoter will send confirmation of entry and allocated ticket number(s) via email.
3.7. The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or delayed entries.
3.8. By entering, you are entering into a contract with the Promoter and agreeing to these terms.
3.9. Postal Entry Route:
(a) Send an unenclosed postcard via first/second class post to:

(b) Include:
- Full name
- Address
- Contact telephone number and email
- Chosen competition
(c) For Instant Win Competitions, you must register an account prior to entry. A site credit will then be applied to your account.
(d) Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
(e) Each free entry must be submitted separately. Bulk entries will be treated as one.
(f) By entering, you confirm eligibility and acceptance of these terms.
(g) Entrants will be emailed confirmation of ticket numbers (Draw-Based) or credited equal to Online Entry Route (Instant Win).
(h) An account must be created on the Website/App for entries to be processed.
4. Choosing a Winner
Draw-Based Competitions
4.1. Winners will be chosen using a verifiable random draw process on the Closing Date.
4.2. Names and ticket numbers will be placed into a spreadsheet. For live draws this will be visible; automated draws use a certified random number generator.
4.3. If disrupted, the Promoter may rerun the draw.
Instant Win Competitions
4.4. Ticket assignments and winning ticket selections will be made prior to the Published Date using a random process. End prize winners are chosen via a draw-based method.
4.5. How draws are conducted:
(a) Live draws: numbers are generated randomly until a sold number is drawn.
(b) Automated draws: certified and verifiable random number generator.

5. Eligibility
5.1. The competition is open to anyone aged 18+ residing in a country where entry is lawful, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter
(b) employees of Promoter’s agents/suppliers
(c) their immediate families or households
5.2. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility.
5.3. The Promoter will not accept entries that are:
(a) computer-generated
(b) submitted by agents, third parties or syndicates
(c) incomplete
5.4. Disqualification may occur if:
(a) terms are breached
(b) entries are submitted fraudulently
(c) entry/award is illegal
(d) the competition is tampered with
(e) offensive/inappropriate content is posted
5.5. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Promoter and not given if:
(a) you later find you are ineligible
(b) you are disqualified
5.6. Entrants can enter multiple times until limits are reached.
Only one account per household is allowed.
6. The Prize
6.1. Prizes are as described on the Website/App.
6.2. Non-cash prizes are subject to availability.
6.3. Promoter makes no warranties about the prize.
6.4. If the prize is a vehicle:
- Must have valid MOT (if required)
- Insurance not included
- No responsibility once delivered
- No road tax included
- Winner must provide safety equipment
6.5. Other prizes may have additional conditions.
6.6. Prizes may be supplied by a third-party supplier.
6.7. The Promoter may substitute the prize with a cash alternative in certain circumstances.
6.8. Prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable.
6.9. Costs not included within the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Winners
7.1. The decision of the Promoter is final.
7.2. Winners’ names will be announced during live draws.
7.3. Winners will be contacted using details provided.
7.4. If the winner does not claim within 21 days, an alternate winner will be chosen.
7.5. Winners may need to provide proof of identity/address.
7.6. The Promoter must publish proof of valid awards.
7.7. To object to publication, email hello@magmacomps.co.uk before the Closing Date.
8. Claiming the Prize
8.1. The prize must be claimed personally.
8.2. Notify the Promoter of any contact detail changes.
8.3. Cash prizes will be transferred directly to the winner’s bank account.
8.4. The Promoter is not responsible if you do not take up the prize.
8.5. Vehicle prizes will be transferred using the V5.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is only responsible for foreseeable loss/damage caused by its breach or negligence.
10. Data Protection & Publicity
10.1. Personal data will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10.2. Content submitted may be used for publicity.
10.3. You may request removal from databases, but this will withdraw your entry.
11. General
11.1. Terms may be amended from time to time.
11.2. Breach of terms may result in exclusion.
11.3. The competition may be voided, suspended, or cancelled in unavoidable circumstances.
11.4. Competitions are not affiliated with Meta, Apple or Google.
11.5. Terms are governed by English law.
11.6. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though EU residents may choose their own courts.
11.7. Keep a copy of these terms for your records.
